Tenants

The following tenants are available in Cyber Protect:

• A partner tenant is normally created for each partner that signs the partnership agreement.

  The ability to create sub-partners is available only to partners who have this option enabled under a special partnership model. This model is intended for partners who work closely with Acronis and receive the necessary guidance for operating a multi-level partner structure.
• A Folder tenant is normally created to group partners and customers for which you want to enable the same offering items and/or configure common branding settings.
• A customer tenant is normally created for each organization that signs up for a service.
• A Unit tenant is created within a customer tenant to control the services for a new organizational unit.

The steps for creating and configuring a tenant vary depending on the tenant that you create but, in general, the process consists of the following steps:

1. Create the tenant.
2. Enable services for the tenant.
3. Configure service quotas for the tenant.
