Integrating PSA with accounting platforms

PSA enables you to integrate with some of the most popular accounting platforms. These integrations automate the following functionality:

• Initial data import

  This functionality enables you to avoid initial routine data transfers from your accounting platform to the Cyber Protect Cloud platform and import key business data for further client billing with PSA. This key data includes customers, products, taxes, and ledgers.

  The first time you import data from your accounting platform, all your customer tenants are created in your Cyber Protect Cloud partner tenant, and products, taxes, and ledgers are created in PSA. This ensures that customers and configuration data in Cyber Protect Cloud match your accounting platform.

  When the initial integration is complete, if you click Import, only new customers, ledgers, products, and taxes are imported.

• Invoice data export

  Every new invoice generated in PSA is exported to your accounting platform automatically with no manual actions required.

To access the accounting integrations, go to Integrations. In the left menu, select Automation > Accounting and Finance.
