PSA user notification emails

PSA includes a set of customizable templates for automatically sent notification emails to PSA users.

To edit a notification email template, go to Service desk > Email templates, and click the pencil icon next to the template you want to edit. Click the checkmark icon to accept your changes.

Only PSA administrators can edit the templates for these notification emails.
