White labeling

You can control if the Cyber Protection agent (for Windows, macOS, and Linux), Cyber Protection Monitor (for Windows, macOS, and Linux), and Connect Client will be branded or white-labeled for all your child partners and customers.

If you white label, the Connect Client agent and tray monitor will be white-labeled. This setting will also affect the names and logos used in the installer and the Cyber Protection Monitor.

White labeling clears all branded items, except for Service name, End-user License agreement (EULA) URL, Management Portal administrator's guide, Management Portal administrator's help, and Email server settings.

To white label

This operation is irreversible.

Any branded items and the custom login page URL, will be discarded. To restore a custom URL, you will have to resend the URL information and the certificate file to the support team.

  1. Navigate to the tenant which you want to white label.

  2. Click Settings > Branding.

  3. At the top of the page, click White label.

  4. Click White label.
