Configuration mapping

Configuration mapping links the ConnectWise PSA tickets that the integration creates for Acronis alerts to the ConnectWise PSA configuration of the affected device. This helps you quickly identify which device triggered an alert.

When configuration mapping is enabled, the integration matches Acronis workloads to the configurations of the mapped ConnectWise PSA company by host name or MAC address. Tickets for alerts on a matched workload are linked to its configuration, and the ticket description includes a link to the device.

Matching works only if the ConnectWise PSA configuration has a host name or a MAC address that matches the Acronis workload.
