Acronis True Image for Windows

Fixed issues

  • [TI-115677] After updating Acronis True Image from build 9207 to build 9660, the subscription activation is lost and shown as Trial.
  • [TI-117520] Active Protection is turned off when an empty card reader is connected to the computer.

Known issues

  • [TI-114893] When cloning a disk, the value of required space on the destination disk is calculated incorrectly if you use the file exclusion feature.
  • [TI-113732] The number of backup versions is incorrect when backing up to Acronis Secure Zone with custom backup scheme based on the full backup method.
  • [TI-112316] In some cases, the "An error occurred either during connection or on the server. Check your internet connection..." message appears after clicking the Recovery button.

Acronis True Image for macOS

Fixed issues

  • [TI-117642] On macOS High Sierra 10.13, a cloud backup may fail with the "Failed to open backup location" error.

Known issues

  • [TI-50437] Files with UTF symbols in the names are not excluded by mask.
  • [TI-112590] The bootable media environment is booted on clicking "Restart Mac" after an incremental recovery.
  • [TI-112084] Backup to an external hard drive stays in progress for some time when the destination is unavailable.
  • [TI-104253] The archiving progress is not displayed in the Touch Bar.
  • [TI-106578] If you are recovering Apple File System (APFS) volumes to a new or empty disk, please follow the instructions at https://kb.acronis.com/content/60425 to recreate them before proceeding with the recovery.

Acronis Mobile for iOS

What’s new?

  • Applications for mobile backup to NAS have been added to the application stores of QNAP and Synology

Installation procedure

  1. Download and install the application from https://itunes.apple.com/app/id978342143.
  2. Run the application.

Known issues

  • [TI-110301] In the app for NAS devices, the QR code is not shown when accessing the NAS device interface via HTTPs (HTTP can be used as a workaround).
  • [MB-74677] The setup page is shown if a backup failed and you tapped 'Cancel' in the error message window.
  • [MB-41351] Recovery is available if there is no access permission for the data category in the mobile app.
  • [MB-27636] The screen with message "New data to back up!" is displayed in the mobile app right after completing a backup successfully.
