Overview
We are happy to introduce Acronis Backup Cloud APS Update 12 Hotfix 4. This release includes support of Odin Service Automation 7.2 and 7.3 as well as some fixes and stability improvements.

Upgrade Instructions
APS Premium Edition
Depending on OSA version, please follow the steps below:
OSA 6.0
- Upgrade the APS package to acronis-backup-cloud-2.1-1925.x86_64.rpm.
- Upgrade Odin Automation to 7.3.
- Upgrade aps-php-runtime to 2.3-55.
- Upgrade the APS package to acronis-backup-cloud-2.2-1972.x86_64.rpm.
OSA 7.0 - 7.1
- Upgrade Odin Automation to 7.3.
- In case the current version of Acronis APS is lower than 1884, involve Odin and refer to https://kb.odin.com/en/131431.
- Upgrade aps-php-runtime to 2.3-55.
- Upgrade to acronis-backup-cloud-2.2-1972.premium.x86_64.rpm.
OSA 7.2 - 7.3
- In case the current version of Acronis APS is lower than 1884, involve Odin and refer to https://kb.odin.com/en/131431.
- Upgrade aps-php-runtime to 2.3-55.
- Upgrade the APS package to acronis-backup-cloud-2.2-1972.x86_64.rpm.
APS Package Upgrade Path
Direct upgrade to version 1972 is supported only from version 1277 or later. If you have APS version earlier than 670 installed, you need to:
- Upgrade to version 670.
- Upgrade to version 1277.
- Upgrade to version 1972.
aps-php-runtime
aps-php-runtime-2.3-55 is required for the proper APS functioning with OSA 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3. Please update aps-php-runtime to 2.3-55 prior to APS upgrade. Aps-php-runtime versions higher than 2.3-55 are not supported. Aps-php-runtime-2.3-55 can be downloaded here:

Service Templates configuration requirements
Please make sure that Acronis service templates include all required resources, otherwise new subscriptions provisioning will fail. Please refer to “Post-upgrade actions” in the Deployment Guide for additional information.
What's New in Update 12 Hotfix 4
- [APSOB-4563] Odin Service Automation 7.2 and 7.3 are now supported.
- [APSOB-4837] "Suspended" state supported for APS resources (required for OSA 7.2 support)
Issues Fixed in Update 12 Hotfix 4
- [APSOB-4853] - Can't change resource limits in CCPv1
- [APSOB-4853] – Excessive intermediate screen during the redirect to backup console for admin user
- [APSOB-4843] – APS upgrade is failing if max_execution_time is low
- [APSOB-4841] - CCPv1 UI works incorrectly after subscriptions disabling
- [APSOB-3877] - Unable to add additional user due to the incorrect calculation of storage quota available
Known Issues and Limitations in Update 12 Hotfix 4
- Direct upgrade to version 1878 is supported only from version 1277 or later.
If you have a version earlier than 670 installed, you need to:
- Upgrade to version 670.
- Upgrade to version 1277.
- Upgrade to version 1878.
- In case you are using OSA 7.x and the current version of Acronis APS is lower than 1884, please involve Odin to the update and refer to https://kb.odin.com/en/131431.
- Any versions of APS PHP Runtime except aps-php-runtime-2.3-55 are not supported. Please update aps-php-runtime to 2.3-55 prior to APS upgrade. Aps-php-runtime versions higher than 2.3-55 are not supported. Aps-php-runtime-2.3-55 can be downloaded here apsstandard.org resource
- Odin Automation 6.0 and 7.0 are no longer supported.
- It is not possible to create a backup profile if its name includes spaces. The issue is on the Odin Automation side (APS-39200).
- Provisioning of new subscriptions will fail after upgrade to 1327+ version if service templates do not include all required resources. Please refer to “Post-upgrade actions” in the Deployment Guide for additional information.
- Upsell doesn’t work properly when assigning or editing the backup service for a user if backup resources are included into composite ones. This feature is not yet supported in Odin Automation (APS-40209).
