Turn the GenAI chaos into controlled, secure services
Generative AI is spreading fast across SMBs — often through unsanctioned, consumer-grade tools. That creates new attack surfaces, compliance exposure and data leakage risk that clients expect MSPs to control. Acronis GenAI Protection, natively integrated in the Acronis platform, gives you visibility and control over AI usage, blocks sensitive data sharing and detects harmful prompts.

Shadow AI visibility and governance
Discover and monitor browser-based GenAI tools to identify trends and risk exposure to enforce policy before issues escalate.
Sensitive data protection for AI interactions
Monitor and block unauthorized transmission of sensitive data (e.g. PII/PHI) to AI tools. Reduce leakage and compliance risk.
Harmful prompts and AI abuse prevention
Block malicious prompt techniques (e.g., prompt injection) that introduce harmful AI behavior. Protect users and systems.
Secure the path forward for clients and make GenAI adoption safe
Enable clients to move forward with GenAI at full speed — without compromising security, compliance, or the integrity of their business.
Monitor and control GenAI usage across every client
SMBs are rapidly adopting ChatGPT-style tools — often outside IT oversight — creating unmanaged risk and compliance exposure that MSPs remain accountable for. Acronis GenAI Protection provides visibility into where GenAI is used, enabling anomaly detection and consistent policy enforcement. Unwanted AI usage can also be blocked via URL filtering (EDR/XDR) keeping adoption aligned with policy.
Stop sensitive data from leaking into public GenAI tools
Users routinely paste data into GenAI prompts to accelerate workflows — risking exposure of PII, PHI, credentials, financial, and confidential business data. Acronis GenAI Protection inspects prompts for sensitive content and blocks unauthorized submissions to public or unsanctioned AI services — turning “safe AI” from a policy statement into an enforceable managed service.
Detect and block harmful prompts and AI abuse
Prompt injection and other harmful techniques are emerging as practical attack vectors, designed to manipulate AI behavior or introduce malicious content into workflows. Left unchecked, they degrade output integrity and create downstream security and compliance risk. Acronis GenAI Protection detects and blocks abusive prompts — reducing AI-driven attack exposure without adding another standalone enterprise tool.
