Acronis products has won the BEST SOFTWARE AWARD at the Latin
Channels IX show (www.latinchannels.com) taking place
this week in Orlando, FL. Announced today, the award goes to the
best software at the show as decided by show attendees, consisting
of 50 Latin American distributors, 50 major Latin American
retailers and 10 Latin American system integrators who come to the
United States twice a year to meet with manufacturers seeking to
grow their business in Latin America.
Acronis develops the most innovative system
utilities available, including popular titles like Acronis
TrueImage, Acronis Privacy Expert, Acronis OS Selector, and Acronis
Migrate Easy. The utilities are well known for their innovative
feature, design and usability traits, and for their appeal to both
beginner and expert PC users alike. Acronis continues to advance
the system utilities category with new, easy-to-use utilities that
feature Windows XP-based user interfaces and program wizards that
help users avoid confusion and complete desired tasks quickly.
Also, Acronis titles allow PC users to work in Windows, and do not
require reboots, in most cases, whereas competitive products still
require users work in DOS in many instances and require frequent
reboots.
"We are extremely pleased to accept this award,
and are gratified that Acronis products were recognized over
popular titles from Microsoft and Encyclopedia Britannica, among
others," said Dennis Burke, Sales and Business Development Manager
for Acronis who accepted the award on the company's behalf.
