Platform version: Acronis Cyber Cloud 23.12

This release introduces the following changes and updates:

• Reworked the dataflow for h_backupjobs data, to ensure timely processing of sync data.
• Added support for agent reregistration scenarios for Windows, for when initiating an installation on a workload that already has the Acronis agent installed but is registered to a different tenant. The agent will now be correctly reregistered to the new tenant.
• Support for web -installers in agent deployment. This resolves possible issues in situations where the download of the full installer was not completed, and the subsequent installation would fail.

Known issues

• Acronis alerts and activities history upload to Automate Reporting module may take up to several hours in case of large volumes. This is caused by specific limitations of the module itself and may lead to delays in receiving this data in reports. Improvements are expected in the upcoming releases.

The release introduces a functionality to deploy the Acronis agent on Windows Domain Controller servers. Another important feature is the improved database migration scripts and event log collection. Together, they provide a better upgrade experience and easier diagnostics in case of any problem.

This release also adds compatibility support for the latest ConnectWise Automate - version 2021.12

• the integration would close failed backup tickets in ConnectWise Automate after successfully running a vulnerability assessment or agent update.
