With this update, the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud APS integration brings support for CloudBlue Commerce platform v21 as well as for additional Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud services, editions and offering items.

What's New

  1. Support for Acronis Cyber Cloud platform 20.08 and 20.09
    • New editions:
      • Cyber Protect (billing mode - Per Workload), including:

        • Cyber Protect Standard

        • Cyber Backup Standard
        • Disaster Recovery add-on.

  3. If you are using Odin Automation 7.x and the current version of Acronis Cyber Cloud APS is earlier than build 1884, please involve Odin to the update and refer to https://kb.odin.com/en/131431
  4. Odin Automation versions 6.0, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 8.0 and 8.2 are not officially supported. Before upgrading the Acronis Cyber Cloud APS package to version 20.11, verify that you have Odin Automation 8.3 at least.
  5. The following performance issues exist in the Acronis APS 20.11 running Odin Automation version 8.3:
    • CI-9033: "Enable Subscription" feature degradation caused by increased number of counters in resource;
    • CI-9479: Provider subscription switch fails due to time out error, and it results in wrong states for some of the services;
    • CI-9283: Intermittent timeout errors during attempts to assign own storage;
    • CI-9497: Switch of subscription leads to fail of Change Order (CH) with Conflict: [1001] error from Cloud;
    • CI-9496: Disabled subscription state in OSA is not propagated to the Cloud;
    • CI-9498: Delays in subscription switch between OSA and the Cloud.

We strongly recommend scheduling the upgrade of Odin Automation to version 20.4 or later with your IM representative.
