Sweetwater Creation Station ships with Acronis True Image pre-installed
JULY 25, 2005, South San Francisco, CA
Acronis, Inc., the technological leader in storage management
software, announced that Sweetwater, the Fort Wayne, IN-based music
and audio gear retailer, selected Acronis True Image backup and
disaster recovery
software to be installed on its Sweetwater Creation Station
systems.
"Sweetwater's customers expect us to always go
the extra mile in providing them with the best service and the best
products available anywhere," said Chuck Surack, president of
Sweetwater Sound. "When we designed our Sweetwater Creation Station
computers (http://www.sweetwater.com/creation_station/), we knew
that these were machines that would be used by audio and music
professionals under extremely demanding conditions, with deadlines
and pressure that allowed for no downtime and no reliability
issues.
"By providing Acronis True Image for
workstations with our fine line of Creation Station computers, we
feel that we are offering customers a solution they can depend on
for all their production needs," Surack said.
"Acronis is proud to serve such a demanding
clientele," said Max Tsypliaev, CEO of Acronis. "Music and audio
professionals understand the intricacies of creating exact copies
of sound and reproducing music precisely as the artist intended it
to be. At Acronis, we have the same devotion to data, be it
digitized music, corporate spreadsheets or images."
