Your staff can consult with an Acronis account manager in the Cyber Protect console via a chat window. This helps you better plan, launch and scale your services. This functionality will be available in all Acronis data centers for partners who do not use complete white labeling.
Receive malicious email detection alerts in the Cyber Protect console
Promptly react to malicious email detection alerts in the Cyber Protect console, view statistics, and share them with your clients. With this feature, you can mitigate threats and demonstrate your email security service value to them.
Automate email security service provisioning for Microsoft 365
With this new release, you can simplify the initial configuration process and speed up service provisioning by running a ready-to-use script to automatically set up routing between Microsoft 365 and Acronis Advanced Email Security.
Leverage multiple configuration improvements in the ConnectWise Manage integration
You can manually trigger the synchronization of usage and quotas for one or more clients between Acronis and ConnectWise Manage. This feature will more accurately report use to ConnectWise Manage using float point quantities where applicable.
Simplify the process of mapping products for Kaseya BMS and Tigerpaw PSA integrations
Acronis Cyber Platform (formerly Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud) automatically generates suggested names for Kaseya Business Management Solutions (BMS) and Tigerpaw Professional Services Automation (PSA) integrations using a predictable and understandable naming pattern.
