Acronis appoints head of UK operations as MD for EMEA

January 5, 2007, Burlington, MA — Acronis, Inc. (www.acronis.com/en-us/). Storage vendor Acronis has made two senior appointments to lead the company's aggressive expansion into the UK and EMEA.

The company's UK operations will be led by Kevin Moreau, business development manager for Acronis UK. Moreau reports directly to Paris-based Laurent Dedenis who has been appointed to the position of managing director of international sales for Acronis EMEA.

The company says both executives will be responsible for meeting the growing channel and end user demand for its corporate backup, recovery, and storage management solutions. In addition to developing the existing UK and EMEA channel infrastructure, Moreau and Dedenis will work together to recruit new UK and EMEA channel partners as well as sell Acronis solutions though strategic partnerships with leading server and storage OEMs.
