to Further Improve Data Protection and Accelerate Transition to the
Cloud for MSPs
Burlington, MA - October 19, 2015 - Acronis®, the global leader in new
generation data protection, today announced an agreement with
Comodo, a global innovator and developer of cybersecurity
solutions, to incorporate Acronis Backup Cloud into the Comodo ONE
managed services platform. Managed service providers who are
interested in taking advantage of the Acronis Backup Cloud offering
will be able to access the technology directly from the Comodo ONE
app store, enabling them to rapidly bring new secure data
protection services to market, and to help grow revenue.
Comodo ONE is an integrated platform that offers Patch
Management, Remote Monitoring and Management, and Service Desk,
free of charge to small businesses, large enterprises, and managed
service providers. The platform recently added Device Management
and an application store to benefit its customers.
"When we launched Comodo ONE earlier this year, the vision was
to help managed service providers replace complex multi-systems and
eliminate manual tasks with standardized automated processes that
are repeatable, secure, compliant, scalable and efficient," said
Ilker Simsir, Product and Platform Manager for Comodo ONE. "We
selected Acronis for its ability to support any data source,
destination and delivery model, as well as its proven security
capabilities and support for service provider workloads. We are
happy to have Acronis be part of the Comodo ONE platform and we
know managed service providers will see great benefits from this
relationship."
Comodo has long been a leader in the development of
cybersecurity solutions from enterprise through to the endpoint. As
the recognized digital certificate global leader, Comodo builds on
the strength of its proven and trusted security solutions to help
protect and secure businesses across the globe.
Acronis is focused on providing companies with complete data
protection through an integrated set of solutions, including

that complete data protection not only requires the most advanced
data safety, but also data security to protect companies from
outside threats, and data privacy to ensure that they stay in
control of their data at all times - in transit, on mobile devices
and in the cloud. To achieve this, Acronis leverages a highly
flexible and open architecture that supports easy integration with
leading 3rd party solutions, the latest global
encryption standards, including AES256, and private and secure
search.
