ConnectWise PSA prerequisites

• ConnectWise PSA API member credentials.

  To get ConnectWise PSA API member credentials:

  1. Create a new role for the Acronis API member

  2. Create an API user and get the API keys.

• [To use ticket mapping functionality] At least one ConnectWise PSA ticket type.

Acronis prerequisites

• You must have a fully configured Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud partner tenant account.

• The user account that you use to activate or deactivate the integration must be a Company Administrator or have a custom role with 'Manage integrations' permission.

  The user account that you use to manage the integration settings must be a Company Administrator or have a custom role with either the 'Manage integrations' or 'Configure integration settings' permission.

  Acronis role-based access control was extended to include custom roles at the beginning of 2026.

• You must not have disabled support access.

• One or more customer tenants.

  Only customer tenants that are provisioned as Managed by service provider will appear as active for mapping.

  

• One or more protection plans.
