There are two pricing/licensing models and you choose the one that works best for you and your clients. One model is based on the number of devices/workloads protected and the other on the total amount of data protected in GB.

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud services — including our industry-leading data back-up — can be purchased based upon workload. Examples of workloads include virtual machines (VMs), servers, workstations and laptops. This model is usually best when a client has fewer devices or workloads to protect with relatively more data on each. When the backup data is stored in a local or client-hosted location, they are protected for a single flat price per month. You can also choose to store backup data in one of Acronis’ 52+ global data centers, which is charged separately per GB.

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud services — including our industry-leading back-up — can be purchased based on the volume of data protected, measured in GB. This model usually works best when there are more workloads to protect with relatively less data on each. There is one low, inclusive price per month when the data is stored in one of Acronis’ 52+ global data centers and a lower charge if the data is stored locally or in a client-hosted location.
Importantly, other Acronis products and services such as Security, Management, EDR, Email Security and DLP can be deployed independently and are only priced per mailbox, device, user/seat or workload.* For example, when you protect data using Acronis Security there is a single flat price per month, per workload for this additional protection. No. You can add and remove services and individual workloads at any time. You are in complete control. As long as you maintain the minimum commitment level in total you will enjoy full partner benefits and pricing. There is a 3-month notice required to end your partnership and or change the monthly commitment.
