Acronis Relocates to Larger Corporate Office to Accomodate Global Business Growth

Disaster Recovery Software Leader Adds Capacity to Double Workforce

Barcelona, January 3, 2007 - Acronis SAS (www.acronis.com/es-mx/), the technological leader in storage management software, today announced it is moving to its new corporate headquarters at 23 3rd Ave., Burlington, MA, this month. The move comes on the heels of large increases in revenue and a boom in the number of employees. In the past year, the company's revenues have more than doubled, finishing the year at more than $50 million, while the domestic employee count more than doubled.

The headquarters will house the company's growing North American executive, sales and marketing, channel and domestic support staff. The new building is 17,500 square-feet, a 100% increase over the previous location in Burlington. As the company continues to expand in to the enterprise market and focus on its reseller program, its staff has also grown. The company has 350 employees with 84 located in the Burlington corporate headquarters, and more than 38,000 customers worldwide.

"We experienced phenomenal growth in terms of revenue and new customers in 2006," said Walter Scott, CEO. "As we continue to make inroads in the enterprise market, our need for space to house our growing employee base has increased. In the upcoming year, Acronis will continue to focus our efforts on our burgeoning channel program. We also plan to introduce several new products targeted to the virtual space."
