Known issues:

  • In some cases Acronis License Server might not accept the new license keys (serial numbers) after update. Solution: uninstall the old License Server via Add/Remove programs (or Programs and Features in Windows Vista) before installing Acronis License Server from the update. The old license keys will still be in Acronis License Server database, so there will be no need to add them after the reinstallation process.
  • Error occurs when updating Acronis True Image Echo local version and Acronis Universal Restore components from the US build 8163 to the UK build 8206. Solution: uninstall the old components via Add/Remove Programs, reboot the computer and install the components from the UK build 8206.
