Reviewing and editing NinjaOne PSA integration settings

You can review and edit your NinjaOne integration settings. You can also deactivate the NinjaOne integration.
To review and edit NinjaOne integration settings

Go to Integrations, and then click the Integrations in use tab.
On the NinjaOne catalog card, you can view the current status of the integration.

Click Manage to view and edit integration settings.
For example, you can view and edit credentials and alert settings in the Integration settings tab, and NinjaOne customers mapped to PSA in the Customer mapping tab.

Click the pencil icon to edit the relevant section.

To deactivate the NinjaOne integration
- Go to Integrations, and then click the Integrations in use tab.
- On the NinjaOne catalog card, click Deactivate.
- Click Delete to confirm.
