SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF., February 9, 2005 Acronis, Inc., the technological leader in storage management solutions, has signed an exclusive agreement with Interbel Software of Barcelona to localize the Acronis corporate product line and to promote the products in Spain. The products included in the agreement are Acronis True Image Server for Windows, Acronis True Image Server for Linux, Acronis True Image Enterprise Server, Acronis True Image Corporate Workstation, Acronis Privacy Expert Suite and Acronis Drive Cleanser.
"Interbel will leverage its network of resellers throughout Spain to open third-party sales channels for Acronis' world-class storage management solutions," said Roman Martin, CEO of Interbel Software Inc. "According to the market research firm International Data Corp.," he continued, "we are in the midst of significant software sales growth in the Spanish market. IDC said it expects software sales in Spain to grow three times faster in the 20012006 time frame than it did in the 19952001 period the height of the dot-com era."

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
