with Security + XDR

Acronis continues to build momentum and garner honors in the cybersecurity market. Info-Tech Research Group named Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud a Champion in four SoftwareReviews reports released in August 2025, which were based on user sentiment.

Acronis earned Champion status in the SoftwareReviews Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Emotional Footprint Report. It earned the same honor in the SoftwareReviews Data Loss Prevention Data Quadrant Report as well as in Data Quadrant Reports for endpoint protection in both enterprises and midmarket businesses.

"Congratulations to Acronis, who has distinguished itself as a multi-talent by earning Champion status in four separate categories: Endpoint protection – Enterprise, Endpoint Protection – Midmarket, Data Loss Prevention, and Remote Monitoring & Management," said Cameron Smith, Security Advisory Practice Lead at Info-Tech. "This quadruple win underscores Acronis’ versatility and commitment to product excellence. They continue to innovate as described in Info-Tech analyst reports, and they also earn consistently outstanding user satisfaction scores from their actual customers. This recognition is a testament to their continued commitment to innovation and quality in their service offering."

Remote monitoring and management

In the SoftwareReviews Emotional Footprint Report for Remote Monitoring and Management, Info-Tech SoftwareReviews uses a Net Emotional Footprint score, which measures overall user sentiment, to determine Champions. Of the 16 products featured in the report, the Acronis RMM solution within the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud platform earned a designation as Champion by achieving the highest possible Net Emotional Footprint score.

Acronis RMM natively integrates cybersecurity and data protection into a unified console with a single agent. The integration delivers to managed service providers (MSPs) unique features such as AI-assisted scripting and automated patching that enhance protection and boost technician performance.

Acronis

Endpoint protection for midsize and large companies

Acronis was a double winner in the endpoint protection space.

The SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant Report for Endpoint Protection — Midmarket examines which solutions do the best job of protecting devices for midsize companies. The firm determines Champions based on a composite score derived from vendor capability ratings (such as support and ease of use) and product features.

The endpoint protection capabilities in Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud earned Champion status among 12 products in the midmarket report, with high scores for flexible deployment options and product strategy.

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud also won Champion status for endpoint protection in the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant Report for Endpoint Protection – Enterprise, in which Info-Tech SoftwareReviews uses the same scoring system to evaluate 15 solutions aimed at large companies.

For MSPs, the unified, SaaS-based, multitenant Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud platform provides robust endpoint security along with capabilities such as RMM and DLP. All of these are easily manageable from a single console. Native integration of solutions in a unified agent enables MSPs to reduce their total cost of ownership and operating expenses while streamlining billing and reporting.

Data loss prevention

Info-Tech SoftwareReviews honored Acronis as a Champion among 18 other products in its SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant Report for Data Loss Prevention. Acronis DLP earned an excellent composite score and posted high user ratings, particularly for product feature satisfaction and vendor capability satisfaction.

Acronis DLP provides a high-demand service that is natively integrated into the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud platform with endpoint protection and RMM, among other capabilities. Acronis DLP simplifies service tiering and enables MSPs to achieve better margins. By automating provisioning and policy creation, the solution reduces complexity and costs, giving MSPs the opportunity for faster growth.

Acronis continues to build momentum

These recent honors represent new and continued recognition for Acronis from Info-Tech SoftwareReviews. Acronis is also a Champion in email security, extended detection and response (XDR) and backup and availability.

New recognition from Info-Tech SoftwareReviews across four distinct reports reinforces the power of the integrated approach in Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, as well as the momentum Acronis has built in various cybersecurity categories. By combining comprehensive protection and centralized management, Acronis delivers a unified, effective solution.
