Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce and Digital Media, this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, product, and customer experience to develop and implement performance marketing campaigns, improve UX and conversion rates, and build loyalty within our existing customer base
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives
- ECommerce Management: Manage day-to-day operations of online stores, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfilment processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce management
- Revenue Growth: Identify and execute growth opportunities across eCommerce platforms to exceed business revenue targets.
- Conversion Optimization: Partner with UX, product, and analytics teams to drive website enhancements, A/B testing, and user journey optimizations that improve conversion rates.
- Customer Acquisition: Lead and scale performance marketing channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, affiliates, SEO) to drive efficient acquisition of new customers.
- Retention & Loyalty: Develop and execute CRM, email, and lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer retention, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Campaign Management: Oversee planning, execution, and analysis of ecommerce campaigns across all relevant channels with a strong focus on ROI and performance KPIs.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, site metrics, and customer behavior to guide strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, campaign, creative, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6–8+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, with a track record of growing revenue and improving conversion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in eCommerce management, preferably within the B2B or software industry
- Experience working in Cleverbridge e-commerce platform
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer segmentation, A/B testing, web analytics, Google Analytics 4, and eCommerce platforms.
- Proven ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of web development and tracking basics is a plus
