Acronis AI

Acronis AI is built into Cyber Console. It is not just a chat box in the corner of the screen. It is a multi-agent system in a full-screen workspace, designed for getting things done.

You describe what you need in plain language. Specialized Agents take on the different parts of the task, working in parallel where they can. They ask you for any information that they need, and ask you to confirm before they make changes. For the list of agents, see Acronis AI agents.

Acronis AI opens as a panel on the right side of the console, so you ask a question without leaving the screen that you are on. The panel is open by default.

What Acronis AI does

  • Answers questions about products, features, configuration, sales and licensing, third-party integrations, and the Partner Program.
  • Provides troubleshooting guidance that is based on knowledge base articles.
  • Reports the status of your clients, assets, alerts, and users.
  • Suggests topics and questions that fit the screen that you are on.
  • Performs multi-step tasks for you, such as configuring a new client or user.
  • Connects you to a live specialist from sales or support when you need one.

Acronis AI shows only the data that you have permission to view.

Example: Creating a new client

Say that you need to create a new client. You type the request in the chat. Behind the scenes, the Tenants AI Agent does the following: it creates a new tenant, creates a new user in that tenant, sends an activation email, and sets up the services and the offering items for the tenant. What used to take dozens of clicks now takes a couple of minutes and a few answers to the questions of the agent.

Other ways to use Acronis AI

  • Use Acronis AI in Global search to ask about the entities that the search finds, such as tenants, users, assets, and tickets.

  • Use Acronis AI in Service Desk to analyze the root cause of a ticket and to get resolution steps. For more information, see AI chat.
