Acronis AI agents

Acronis AI is built from specialized agents. Each agent handles one area, such as alerts, tenants, or users. When you send a request in the chat, a supervisor agent passes it to the agent that fits the request, or to several agents. You do not select an agent. If Acronis AI cannot answer your request, it hands the chat over to a live specialist.

The list of agents shows which requests Acronis AI can handle in the chat.
