MassTransit has services that can be configured to process files to printers, drop folders, and scripts. In order to set up services, start by configuring services and, then, give contacts privileges to process the files automatically to the services. After that, the contacts that have the right privileges will be able to designate services to be executed automatically on files they choose.
There are a few types of services that can be configured:
Script – processes files to a defined script;
Drop Folder – processes files to a configured Drop folder;
Windows Printer – processes files to a Windows printer;
LPR Printer – processes files to a remote LPR printer.
Configuring Services
The services can be configured in the Setup window of the MassTransit Administrator. Then, for the users to start using them, you need to designate the services to particular contacts.
