My company

As an administrator, you are responsible for your own company and for the clients that you manage. Your company needs accurate details on record, the right people as contacts for billing, technical, and business matters, and user accounts for your colleagues.

In Cyber Console, your company profile, your company contacts, and the users of your company are in one place, under My company. You manage them in the console, and you do not need to switch to another console. My company has two pages: Users and Company Profile.

If your role does not include account management, My company does not appear in the menu.

How you work with My company

  • Keep company details accurate. The company profile holds the legal and business names, the tax ID or VAT number, the address, the primary contact, and other details of a company. You view and change the profile of your company on the Company Profile page, and the profile of a client in the client details. See Editing a company profile.

  • Reach the right people. Company contacts are the people whom Acronis contacts about billing, technical, and business matters. A contact can be one of your users or a person who has no user account. See Managing company contacts and Company contact types.

  • Know who has access. The Users page lists the user accounts of your company, with their status and roles. See Users of a tenant.

  • Give colleagues access. You create a user account for each colleague and assign the roles that the person needs. See Creating a user.

  • Keep user records current. You change the name, contact details, and roles of a user when these details change. See Editing user details.

  • Control access when people leave or cannot sign in. You disable or delete users, and reset passwords and two-factor authentication, for one user or for many users at once. See Managing users.
