Assets

Assets shows the devices that you manage in one list, so that you can monitor them and act on them from one place.

In Cyber Console, the device list is on the All devices page, under Assets > Devices. In this release, the only asset type in Assets is the device. SaaS identities and applications do not appear in the device list.

Managed devices

A managed device is a device that has an agent. The device list shows every managed device type in one flat list.

Scope by role

As a partner administrator, you see the devices of all your customers in one list, and the Customer column shows the customer that owns each device. The tenant selector narrows the list to the devices of one client.

As a customer administrator, you see only the devices of your own tenant.

What you can do in Assets

In Assets, you can do any of the following:

  • Narrow the list to the devices that you need, and choose the columns that you see. See Device list.

  • Restart, shut down, or put a device to sleep, and run other actions on one device. See Device actions.

  • Review the data of a device. See Device details.

Early access

Assets is available in early access. During early access, Cyber Console coexists with the classic management and protection consoles. Device sections other than All devices, such as the virtualization, SaaS, network, and Microsoft 365 sections, stay as they are.

Limitations in early access lists the capabilities that Assets does not include in this release.
