Mark as regular account – only for service accounts
-
Recover is available only for several users, because the details of a deleted user do not open.
To manage users
One user
-
Open the user list in one of the following ways:
-
For the users of a tenant: in Cyber Console, go to Clients, click the tenant name, and then click Users in the side navigation.
-
For the users of your own company: in Cyber Console, go to My company > Users.
-
-
Click the user row.
The user details open. The header shows only the actions that apply to the user.
-
In the header, click the action.
Enable, Resend activation link, and Mark as regular account run immediately. The other actions open a dialog.
-
If a dialog opens, confirm the action:
-
For Delete, enter your own login in Administrator login, and then click Confirm.
-
For Change sign-in method, select the identity provider in Identity provider, and then click Change.
-
For Reset two-factor authentication and Reset all trusted browsers, if the dialog asks for a two-factor authentication code, enter the code, and then click Reset.
-
For any other action, click the button that has the action name.
-
A message confirms the action, and the user details show the new status of the user.
Several users
-
Open the user list in one of the following ways:
-
For the users of a tenant: in Cyber Console, go to Clients, click the tenant name, and then click Users in the side navigation.

For the users of your own company: in Cyber Console, go to My company > Users.

-
In the user list, select the checkbox next to each user whom you want to manage.
You can select up to 100 users. The bulk actions bar appears above the list. Each button shows how many of the selected users the action applies to.
-
In the bulk actions bar, click Enable, Disable, or Delete. For any other action, including Recover, click More actions, and then click the action.
A confirmation dialog lists the users that the action applies to. If the action does not apply to some selected users, the dialog says how many users it skips and why, and the Skipped tab lists them. For Change sign-in method, a dialog in which you select the identity provider opens first.
-
Confirm the action:
-
For Delete, enter your own login in Administrator login, and then click Delete.
-
For Reset password, click Reset.
-
For Change sign-in method, select the identity provider in Identity provider, click Next →, and then click Change.

-
For any other action, click the button that has the action name.
The dialog shows the progress of the action.
-
-
If the dialog shows a summary of failed users, click Retry to run the action again only for the failed users, or Done to close the summary.
If the action succeeds for all users, the dialog closes, and a message confirms the action. If the action applies to only one of the selected users, the dialog closes immediately after you confirm, and a message shows whether the action succeeded.
