Company contact types

The type of a company contact determines the topics that Acronis contacts the person about. The table lists the types in the order of the contact form, with the tooltip text next to Company contact.

Type	Description in the tooltip
Billing	Billing contact is a master contact for communication related to billing, payments, usage reports, and so on.
Technical	Technical contact is a main contact for communication related to new features and changes, technical questions, maintenance notifications, and so on.
Business	Business contact is a main contact for business-related questions and business decisions.
