Policy list columns

The following table lists the columns of the policy list. With the column settings button (gear icon), you can show or hide every column except Name and Type. You can resize columns, but you cannot change their order. The columns that you show or hide stay for the session, unless you save them in a custom view.

Column	Shown by default	Meaning
Name	Yes	The policy name. A Default tag marks a default policy, and a star marks a favorite policy. A lock icon next to the policy name marks a policy that a parent tenant owns.
Type	Yes	The policy type. See Policy types.
Assets	Yes	The number of assets that the policy is applied to
Owner	Yes	The tenant that owns the policy. An icon next to the tenant name shows the tenant type: partner, customer, unit, or folder. For a policy that a parent tenant owns, the column shows Service provider.
Created at	Yes	The date when the policy was created
Description	Yes	The policy description. A dash means that the policy has no description.
