1 October, 2007, Paris, France - Acronis EMEA (www.acronis.com/en-gb/), a provider of advanced storage management software, announced today that it has signed a non-exclusive agreement with Commtech, Ireland's leading value added distributor of IT products, to distribute the Acronis family of award-winning corporate software solutions in Ireland.
Under the terms of the distribution agreement, Commtech will distribute the Acronis True Image™ (ATI) corporate product range including ATI Workstation; ATI Enterprise Server; ATI Server for Windows; and ATI Server for Linux. In addition, Commtech will distribute Acronis Snap Deploy and Acronis Disk Director Server.
The agreement further extends Acronis' reach into the Irish market where Commtech has strong existing relationships with a nationwide network of resellers and Internet service providers and an excellent reputation as a trusted IT security, networking and virtualisation solutions distributor.

Commtech will promote Acronis' software to its new and existing resellers and, in return, Acronis will provide Commtech with dedicated technical support and training, as well as detailed product guidance and direct sales support for Commtech's key clients.
