Users of a tenant

The user list shows the user accounts of a tenant, so that you can create users, change their details, and act on many users at once.

Where you find the user list

The same user list appears in two places in Cyber Console:

  • In the client details, under Users in the side navigation, for the tenant that you selected. See Client details.

  • On the Users page under My company, for your own company.

The list works the same way in both places. Only the tenant and your permissions differ. Folders do not have users. For the tenants that you can see with your role, see Clients.

What the list shows

By default, the list shows the following columns: Name, Status, 2FA, Role, and Company contact. The Login, Email, and Created columns are hidden, and you can show them. You cannot hide the Name column. The Me badge in the Name column marks your own user account.

The Company contact column shows which users are the contacts of the company, such as the technical contact.

You can search the list in the Enter text to filter box, sort it by a column, and filter it by Status, 2FA, Role, Company contact, and Created. The Apply filters button opens the filters. With many users, search and filters can take longer because all users load first.

If your role allows only read access, you can view the users and their details, but you cannot change them.

Actions on many users

You can select up to 100 users and run one action on all of them. For example, you can disable them or reset their passwords. Each action button shows how many of the selected users the action applies to. The action skips the users that it does not apply to, and the confirmation dialog lists them.

User details

The user details open from the user list. The details of a deleted user do not open. From the user list of a client, the user details open in a side sheet. From My company > Users, the user details open as a full page.

The side navigation of the user details has the following pages:

  • General information

  • Roles

  • Services

  • Notifications

The Services page appears only for some users.

The notifications are grouped as Client management, Asset protection, and Marketing. Which notifications appear depends on the roles of the user and on the services of the company.
