Client details
The client details bring together the profile, users, services, and settings of one tenant, so that you can review and change them in one place.
The details open as a full page from the client list. See Finding and customizing the client list.
You work with the tenant from your own user account. You do not log in as an administrator of the tenant, and everything that you see and change applies only to the tenant that you opened.
Header
The header of the details shows the name of the tenant, its type, and its status: Active, Disabled, or Deleted. A tenant in the Trial pricing mode also shows how many days of the trial are left. For example, Trial (12 days left).
Side navigation
The side navigation of the details shows only the pages that are available for the tenant and that your role allows you to see. The details open on the Profile page.
| Page | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Profile | The company profile of the tenant |
| Users | The user accounts of the tenant. See Users of a tenant. |
| Services | The services, offering items, quotas, and billing modes of the tenant, and the offering trials of a customer. See Configuring the services of a tenant and Offering trials. |
| Settings | A group of pages: General, Locations, Roles and permissions, Security, API clients, Marketing, Notifications, and Agents update. See Configuring tenant settings. |
Quick actions
The header of the details shows the actions for the tenant as buttons, in the following order: Show ID, Rename, Move, Convert to folder or Convert to partner, Refresh usage, Switch to production, Enable or Disable, and Delete.
The actions that the header shows depend on three things: the tenant type, the status of the tenant, and the permissions of your role. An action that you cannot perform does not appear. For example, Refresh usage appears only for a customer. This action requests an update of the usage figures of the customer immediately, without a confirmation.
The details do not offer an action to impersonate a tenant administrator.
Breadcrumbs
The breadcrumbs at the top of the details show Clients and the name of the tenant that you opened. The Clients breadcrumb returns you to the client list.
If you refresh the browser page when the details are open, the client list opens instead of the details.
You reach a unit through the tenant selector, not from the client details of its customer. See Navigating the tenant hierarchy.
Restricted tenants
The status of a tenant limits what you can see and do:
-
Deleted tenants appear only in the client list. They do not appear in the tenant selector, and you cannot open their details.
-
Tenants with the Disabled status stay in the client list. The status limits the actions that you can perform.
-
If a tenant is in the Self-service management mode, you cannot view its details or its child tenants.
If you select, in the tenant selector, a tenant in the Self-service management mode, Access restricted appears with the Back to all tenants button.
