Managing company contacts

Name the people whom Acronis contacts about billing, technical, and business matters, so that the right person in your company receives each update.

A company contact can be one of your users, or a person who has no user account. Each contact has one or more types. You can add any number of contacts. See Company contact types.

The primary contact and the primary billing contact are part of the company information. See Editing a company profile.

If your role does not allow you to change the company profile, Add and Add contacts are unavailable, and the contacts have no ellipsis icon (...).
