On August 18th, 2010, we released the 1.0.13 update for the nScaled Cloud Console. Here’s what’s new in version 1.0.13, since previous release: New support portal – Users can now create new tickets, as well as update and review existing tickets. Users of Cloud Console can browse and search through a set of published solutions and download documentation from resource library. The support portal is available by clicking “SUPPORT” button in the upper navigation toolbar Event subsystem – Complete audit trail of user based events that is presented as widget in dashboard and sub-section in “MONITORING” New and improved email template Substantially Improved Dashboard performance Improved reliability of Cloud Console data synchronization services behind the scenes Various other fixes and improvements
List of currently known issues:
Ticket listing function may not be available until some accounts are provisioned in SFDC. This is in process. HTTPS configuration of Cloud Console is scheduled for Thursday, August 19th. At that time ALL communications with console.nscaled.com will be over HTTPS instead of HTTP.
