Finding and customizing the client list
When a customer calls, or you need to check one client, find its tenant in the client list by search, filters, or sorting, even in a large hierarchy, and then open its details. To see the information that matters to you at a glance, select which columns the list shows.
Search, filters, and sorting apply to the tenants below the current tenant. To search in another part of the hierarchy, first move to it. See Navigating the tenant hierarchy.
If the hierarchy has many tenants, search, filters, and some sort orders take longer because all tenants load first. During the load, the client list shows Loading all clients…. The results are final only after all tenants load.
To search for a client
-
In Cyber Console, go to Clients.
-
In the Search clients box above the client list, enter the text to search for.
The search matches the name, type, pricing mode, status, and management mode of each tenant, and the company name and the legal email address from its company profile. The search does not cover Custom ID, Created, Billing mode, Compliance standards, or Compliance score.
The client list shows only the tenants that match. If no tenant matches, the list shows No results found.
To filter the client list
-
In Cyber Console, go to Clients.
-
Click Apply filters.
The filters open.
-
For one or more of the following filters, select one or more values:
-
Type
-
Pricing mode
-
Status
-
Management mode
To return the filters to their default values, click Reset to default.
-
-
Apply your selection.
-
To remove a filter later, click the remove icon on its chip.
-
To remove all filters, click Clear all filters.
The client list shows only the tenants that match the filters. Each filter that you applied appears as a chip above the list. If no tenant matches, the list shows No results found.
To sort the client list
-
In Cyber Console, go to Clients.
-
Click the header of the column to sort by.
The list is sorted by this column in ascending order. A sort indicator appears in the column header.
-
To sort in descending order, click the column header again.
The list is sorted by one column at a time. You cannot sort by Billing mode, Compliance standards, or Compliance score. When you sort by a column other than Name or Status, all tenants load first. Your sort order is saved in your browser.
To show only the deleted tenants
-
In Cyber Console, go to Clients.
-
Click Apply filters, select Deleted in Status, and then apply your selection.
The client list shows only the deleted tenants. Without this filter, deleted tenants appear in the client list together with the other tenants. Deleted tenants do not appear in the tenant selector, and you cannot open their details, but you can select them in the list to recover them. See Managing tenants.
You can select which columns the client list shows. Your column settings are saved in your browser. In another browser or on another device, the client list shows the default columns. For the columns and their defaults, see Client list columns.
To show or hide columns
-
In Cyber Console, go to Clients.
-
At the right end of the column headers, click the gear icon (Columns).
The list of columns opens.
-
Select the columns to show, and clear the columns to hide.
You cannot hide the Name column.
The client list shows only the selected columns. When you hide a column, the search results do not change.
To open a client from the list
-
In Cyber Console, go to Clients.
-
Click the tenant name.
The checkbox of a row only selects the row. It does not open the tenant. The row of a deleted tenant does not open.
The client details open as a full page. See Client details.
