Acronis’ strong suits in Emotional Footprint Summary for Backup and Availability

In the Emotional Footprint Summary, Acronis Cyber Protect ranks as a frontrunner among data protection giants. With the second highest CX Score (customer experience score) out of a total 17+ backup vendors, Acronis Cyber Protect surpassed Microsoft Azure Backup, Zerto Platform and Veeam Data Platform. The CX score is comprised of the emotional footprint metrics, and is balanced by metrics related to the overall value of the software, while factoring in the volume and recency of reviews.
