Every year, the CRN Women of the Channel list recognizes extraordinary women making strides in their industries through thought leadership, strategic vision and channel advocacy that directly impacts the growth of the channel.

Acronis is honored to have three women chosen for this award, and want to applaud them for helping Acronis achieve the strong relationships with our partners we proudly hold. We pride ourselves on our initiatives such as Women in Tech mentorships that help our women employees gain access to the support and resources needed to gain recognition in their respective fields.

Below is more information about each woman — offering insights into their background and how they’ve helped Acronis achieve its mission while posing as exemplary channel role models.

Florence Jule, Senior Director of Americas Marketing

Florence began working within the channel in 2007, where she quickly discovered her passion for working closely with tech partners. In her position, she redefined how to drive account assignments; re-imagined channel programs; and empowered and motivated a team of individual contributors — resulting in her team bringing her new ideas and feeling accountable for developing those ideas and delivering results. These initiatives have completely transformed how Acronis conducts partner marketing in America. In 2023 and beyond, her goal is to increase awareness with MSPs, build programs to help partners go to market, and promote Acronis cyber protection messaging and the benefits of linking cybersecurity with data protection.

Fernanda Silva, Senior Manager, Channel Sales

Born and raised in Brazil, Fernanda has over eight years of success to her credit — managing channel sales and partner relationships. Silva developed an internal MSP program focused on IT franchises, which has increased Acronis’ footprint within the IT franchise space. She also helped streamline the recruitment and management of various service providers, providing an overall superior partner experience. Her goal for the future as a senior manager is to increase sustainability while creating processes and procedures that will allow Acronis to grow its partner ecosystem. As the channel evolves, she will continue to think of “better practices” to have the flexibility to pivot when needed.

Kelsey Buller, Partner Marketing Manager

Buller graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2020 with a BBA in marketing and management. At Acronis, she established a cadency and framework on how to manage accounts based on deep knowledge of accounts and market opportunities, rather than waiting for partners to declare what they want. For Acronis, she created an MSP questionnaire, guiding Acronis partners through a series of questions regarding business goals, marketing goals, product adoption, and more. As a result, this greatly simplified both partner onboarding and determining the best plan of action for every individual MSP. In 2023, she plans to help Acronis increase service provider recruitment and consumption while driving customer demand and engaging partners more with various marketing activities.

Congratulations to all women that were honored this year! This is an outstanding recognition and we’re extremely proud of all accomplishments these three women have achieved for Acronis and the channel.

The 2023 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine, with online coverage starting May 8 at www.CRN.com/WOTC.
