For those who prefer a more organized approach, we offer learning plans. These plans consolidate related modules to offer a comprehensive 30-minute deep dive into specific topics.
Certifications and recognition

At the completion of a learning plan, participants can undertake an exam. Successful candidates receive MSP certification and are awarded a Credly badge - a symbol of their expertise and dedication.

I very much appreciate this initiative, because for many partners in the region the primary issue is not technology itself, but changing from traditional break-fix model to msp. I was also very pleased that the course does not primarily promote vendor features but really focuses on the primary topic. Personally, I would be very much in favor of expanding the MSP Academy to include more advanced and follow-up ideas. Truly an enlightening endeavor.
