Acronis again named a “Leader” in G2 Summer 2021 Grid Reports

The G2 Summer 2021 Grid® Reports are out, and Acronis is proud to announce that our cyber protection solutions have once again been rated among the top performers. Based on a combination of market presence data and detailed reviews from actual customers, these reports show that Acronis’ solutions continue to meet and exceed users’ needs.

G2 is a respected peer-to-peer review site focused on business software and services. Their patented Grid methodology uses a combination of product reviews and market presence data to score business solutions. The results are represented on a four-quadrant chart, with solutions graded as Leaders, High Performers, Contenders, or Niche. New reports are issued each quarter.

Much of the user satisfaction data for the Grid® Reports comes from detailed reviews from authenticated users on G2’s website. Additional data is aggregated from other online resources, including social networks. G2 makes an effort to identify — both algorithmically and manually — spam and bad actors (such as companies praising their own products or slamming their competitors’), and to weed out fraudulent or unhelpful reviews.

This quarter, Acronis’ solutions earned top spots in the Leaders quadrant in a total of 19 Grid Reports.

Acronis Cyber Backup once again took the top spot on G2’s Grid for Server Backup Software and Small-Business Grid for Online Backup Software.

Acronis Cyber Protect has also placed quite highly, entering the coveted Leader’s quadrant in the Grid® for Antivirus Software, Grid® for Endpoint Management Software, and Grid® for Patch Management Software rankings. And over on the Grid® for Hard Drive Cloning Software, Acronis True Image stands tall above the competition — not only the sole member of the Leader’s quadrant, but well towards the upper-right of that quadrant as well.
