For workloads with an internet connection, use the universal web installer. This universal installer downloads and installs the latest components for either a management server for Windows (64-bit, 32-bit) or protection agent for Windows (64-bit, 32-bit). In case you don’t have an internet connection on the workload, or if the connection is weak, use the specific installers for the management server and protection agent.
