Acronis Names Backup and Recovery Expert as New Vice President, Product Management

Acronis®, Inc. (www.acronis.com), a provider of affordable, scalable storage management and disaster recovery software, has named industry veteran Dmitri Joukovski as vice president of product management. He will be responsible for extending and expanding Acronis products from home users to enterprise customers.

Joukovski joins Acronis with an extensive background in the data backup and disaster recovery space. Most recently he served as vice president at Zmanda, a leader in open source data protection and archiving software. Prior to that, he was with EMC as, among other assignments, principal product manager for NetWorker, the leading enterprise backup software. Dmitri also held senior product management, marketing and business development roles with Legato Systems, Delphi Forums and TapeLabs.

Joukovski holds a Master of Science degree in Physics from Saint-Petersburg State University, Russia, and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
