It’s no secret that strong partnerships are one of the biggest contributors to our success and our partners’ success. At Acronis, we continuously work hard to deliver the best in cyber protection to our customers and distributors. Like most security products, Acronis’ integrated solutions require training to fully implement our services, and even with our easy-to-use, single-agent platform, we’ve found that with the knowledge gathered from Acronis training, certifications and courses, our partners can truly get the most out of our products. With this in mind, we developed the Acronis #CyberFit Academy to assist our partners with onboarding Acronis solutions and achieving these products’ maximum potential.

2023 marks 20 years of innovation at Acronis and to help celebrate our 20th anniversary, we’ve revitalized our training program, making it easier than ever for our partners to complete certification training and improve the output of Acronis services.

Today, we launched 22 new, full courses and five recertification programs. These new certificate courses demonstrate Acronis' continued focus on refining the effectiveness and compatibility of our solutions to meet the needs of the ever-evolving cyberthreat landscape. For partners looking to renew their training, our recertification courses will only take 20 minutes to complete. This new, specially designed recertification training covers the latest new features, key offerings and top support issues.

The Acronis #Cyberfit Academy program was created with our partners’ and users’ ease of use in mind, with learning plans implemented for every member of their teams, from sales to IT. The academy offers full certifications for Acronis products, extensively training all users on our suite of products, and shows partners how to fully utilize our services.

The Acronis Academy has discovered that salespeople who partake in academy training sell 104% more than their untrained counterparts, with technicians reporting 30% fewer support tickets and a substantial increase in the number of workloads supported. Technical support training includes key functionalities, best practices, demo lab exercises and troubleshooting tips.

Some technicians can feel burdened with the amount of knowledge required to maintain and support infrastructure. Poorly trained technicians incorrectly configuring systems can lead to poor performance, potential security gaps and a lower customer retention rate. With our certification program, we supply our partners with world-class training courses designed to easily guide our partners through integrated solution offerings.
