What are you most looking forward to at the Acronis #CyberFit Summit?

We look forward to meeting great people and partners, finding new ways to accelerate growth and learn more about how we can scale and simplify the cyber landscape together.

What kind of new tech will you be discussing or unveiling at the event?

We will discuss new programs and cyber selling frameworks to help uncover new opportunities while optimizing a customer growth engine. We will also launch and discuss Acronis’ new PSA tool, our integration with Acronis, and how it can impact your business.

What track, session, or event, are you most excited about at the Acronis #CyberFit Summit?

Looking forward to attending the inspiring and visionary keynotes, as well as some of the panels to hear different perspectives. We are also excited to hear feedback from MSPs, join side discussions in the hallway, and have some fun at night. It's time to get back out there, start engaging live with our partners and talk about what’s changed.

Why did you decide to partner with Acronis for the Miami #CyberFit Summit?

Acronis is one of our global strategic partners in cybersecurity, and we continue to build on that relationship through this and similar events in the future.

How can clients benefit from your services/products?

It is important that we show our MSP partners how we can empower and grow their practice through joint programs and offerings that we can take to market. It is always coming back to the better together story and tailoring the MSP experience to make the journey seamless for them. We have the programs, people, and platform to support them, so let’s get started together!

What are the biggest changes you expect to hit the industry in the next year?

Legacy MSPs that don’t have a cloud-centric approach will continue to lose share and get outpaced by those that do. Ransomware will continue to grow at an accelerated rate, with the largest impact hitting SMBs. Finally, hybrid work will continue to accelerate, as most North Americans look for new roles, new types of work, and new ways to approach work, which continue to adjust and expand the global threat surface.

Tell us your best piece of business advice for the IT channel audience at the Summit!

The digital transformation to the cloud is here, and you need to act now. MSPs that didn’t make the necessary investments in 2020 are losing ground today, but it’s never too late to jump back in. We need to acknowledge that the threat landscape has changed, customer needs are different, obstacles are more complex, and so we need to find ways to optimize and simplify our approach. We need to put more reliance on comprehensive solutions. It’s no longer ‘Best in Class’ but rather ‘Best in Suite’. We continue to see tremendous growth with MSPs, but those have a focused and cloud-centric cyber approach, continue to outpace the market. That’s why it’s key to understand the challenges and pain points of our customers, and leverage the partnership opportunity with IMC and Acronis to deliver something great together.
