Director, Strategic Accounts
The Director of Strategic Accounts will spearhead the growth and management of key business partnerships across Latin America. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive revenue, deepen relationships with top-tier clients, and lead the adoption of our cybersecurity solutions in strategic markets throughout the region.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the regional team managing relationships with strategic accounts, developing and executing the regional strategy for strategic MSPs/SPs in alignment with Acronis’ global objectives.
- Manage high-level relationships with key MSPs/SPs, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Guide the team in helping MSPs/SPs expand their service and solution portfolios based on Acronis technology.
- Identify expansion and growth opportunities within existing strategic MSPs/SPs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure an exceptional partner and customer experience.
- Monitor the performance of strategic accounts and report key metrics to global leadership.
- Represent Acronis at regional events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards in all business interactions.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT solutions and services sales, with at least 5 years in regional leadership and strategic account roles.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity and/or cloud solutions (cybersecurity experience highly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales and alliances teams in dynamic, results-driven environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and especially dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to operational details, with the ability to collaborate actively with the team and contribute from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently while maintaining focus on company goals.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Willingness to travel within the LATAM region.
