The enhancements we’ve introduced will make life easier for you and your team, since you’ll now be able to:
- Monitor protected workloads. Easily track the total number of workloads protected (e.g. workstations, servers, Microsoft 365 seats) across all editions enabled within a specific partner, client, folder, or unit. Now you’ll have better visibility to ensure that all your clients are protected.
- Save time and effort with service quota management. Instead of going through each device individually, you can easily manage service quotas for multiple devices right from a devices grid located in the cyber protection console. As a result, you and your team will save time and effort so you can focus on other activities – particularly the ones that generate more revenue for your business.
- Gain clear visibility into hardware and software inventory changes. With our new overview widgets, a single glance lets you see what hardware or software has been added, removed or changed during a specific time period. You will benefit by gaining greater visibility into your clients’ networks more easily, allowing you to ensure that all of their protections are up-to-date.
- Access all the system information you need from one location. Resolve any client issues more quickly through centralized insights into performance logs and your clients’ system information. Having all of this diverse information immediately at your fingertips will help you prioritize what needs to be completed – enabling you to more effectively deploy your resources and improve your team’s productivity.

Your clients rely on you to handle their IT needs and protection, but there’s no reason providing those services should be a headache. With the right platform and solutions, you and your team should be able to provide top-flight services without struggling to find the information you need or gain visibility into the protection status of every client device.
